Shiva Yoga Center is gevestigd in Amstelveen en bestaat al meer dan een decennium om bewustwording te creëren voor een bewust leven. Verschillende yogi’s geven les in lyengar Yoga, Hatha Yoga,  Yin Yang Yoga, aangevuld met Pranayama, Meditatie, Dans en andere Body Balancing-varianten

Onze Kamers

Met onze twee ruimtes, Shiva en Shakti, creëren we een sfeer waarin je je ontspannen voelt, contact kunt maken met jezelf en je geest. Je lichaam en ziel kunt afstemmen door beweging, stilte, zang, stilte en alles daartussenin. We bieden dagelijkse lessen in verschillende yogavormen, Klassieke Dans, Vechtsporten en Mindfulness
