SENIOR YOGA

For seniors who are looking for a safe, effective way to enhance their physical health and overall wellness, the stretching, breathing, and meditation practices of yoga can be a great solution. Doing yoga regularly can result in a host of benefits for older adults, from greater flexibility and improved balance to lower stress and better sleep.
PILATES
A gentle low-impact Pilates work out is focused on core training, pelvic floor exercises, stretching, strengthening, and breathing. A great option to boost overall fitness, help you get back to movement after a break or recovery from illness/injury, and for new moms.
SUN SALUTATIONS

Surya Namaskar practice in the morning is a powerful way to awaken the body, focus the mind and set the right tone for the day. RESTORATIVE XL
During the long holds of restorative yoga, your muscles are allowed to relax deeply. It’s a unique feeling because props, rather than your muscles, are used to support your body. Restorative classes are very mellow, making them a good complement to more active practices (as well as our busy lives) and an excellent antidote to stress. Stillness is a powerful practice.
POSTURE
This 90-minute session will be hosted by our experienced teachers, who will guide you through the techniques & preparatory postures to build the strength, stability & practice needed to balance a specific posture.

Yoga is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual practices or disciplines which originated in ancient India derived from the Sanskrit root ‘Yuj’, meaning ‘to join’ or ‘to yoke’ or ‘to unite’. It aims to still the mind, bringing a perfect harmony between the mind, body and soul.
Hatha
Hatha yoga is a branch of yoga that uses physical techniques to try to preserve and channel vital force or energy.
Vinyasa
A vinyasa is a smooth transition between asanas in flowing styles of modern yoga as exercise such as Vinyasa Krama Yoga and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, especially when movement is paired with the breath.
Iyengar
Iyengar Yoga, named after and developed by B. K. S. Iyengar, and described in his bestselling 1966 book Light on Yoga, is a form of yoga as exercise that has an emphasis on detail, precision and alignment in the performance of yoga postures (asanas).
Restorative
Restorative Yoga is the practice of asanas, each held for longer than in conventional yoga as exercise classes, often with the support of props such as folded blankets, to relax the body, reduce stress, and often to prepare for pranayama.

Shiva
If you want to translate peace and love into space then Shiva is where you must be. Shiva is our main room and can host up to 18 mats. With large windows on either side Shiva is a bright and naturally well lit room. A perfect spot for yoga, to meditate and be one with yourself.

Shakti
Shakti is the feminine incarnation of Shiva. She is the Godess of Strength. Our room Shakti can host upto 8 mats. Though smaller in size the room radiates energy and will empower you. With a corner to corner mirror you can watch yourself practice and perfect your asanas.
