Sunday Yoga with Raji is that special time in my week when I focus solely on my body and mind. What I love about her class is how she slowly helps you bring more flexibility to parts of your body that you otherwise don't use much, while gently letting you take it a step further. Her explanation of each pose ensures that I enjoy the class and experience the benefits of yoga.
