About me: I am a professional marketeer, but found joy in yoga and mindfulness. This career shift was fuelled by a desire to promote holistic well-being and share the transformative benefits of yoga. With a commitment to health and wellness, I try to offer a unique perspective and approach to teaching yoga, inspiring others to achieve balance, strength, and mindfulness in
their lives. I believe that learning is a continuous journey, and my path with yoga is ongoing. I strive to learn every day from both my teachers and my students, and I encourage my students to embrace this same mindset.
Favourite Asana: I have quite a few, but I like Malasana, I feel it grounds me. I also like Anjeneya asana.
Class Specialty: I like to work with a group where I feel the energy, every class and every student is different for me and I like to respect that when I plan my lessons. In my classes I focus a lot on hip flexibility and I try to bring this in the class via my lessons.
