About me: I am a dedicated yoga enthusiast and a certified Hatha and Vinyasa yoga teacher, deeply passionate about guiding others on their journey to holistic well-being.

In my classes, we explore the profound connection between breath, mind, and body, bringing up a sense of tranquility and self-awareness.

Favorite Asana: Trikonasana, or Triangle Pose – a beautiful asana that strengthens and stretches the legs, hips, and spine, improves balance and concentration, and opens the chest and shoulders, symbolizing unity of mind, body, and soul. 

Class Specialty: My classes are infused with the essence of sun salutations, flowing sequences, and a special touch of essential oils

About me: I am a Yoga Teacher since 2004. Specialize in Ashtanga, Vinyasa Yoga and Yin Yoga. I also teach Acro Yoga, Partner Yoga, prenatal and kids yoga. My favorite pose is Shavasana! I can’t live without my yoga mat!

About me:I am a Certified Yoga Instructor from Yoga Minds Academy, Amstelveen. I have been teaching traditional Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga in Amstelveen for more than a year now in the Netherlands. Trained by Dr. Olav Aarts, Anne Soffer and Olivier Soffer from Yoga Minds Academy in the Netherlands and from my father since childhood. I have profound knowledge of asana, pranayama, mudra, bandha and chakra philosophy.

Class Specialty: At the Shiva Yoga center I am going to give Vinyasa lessons for all levels which will include all aspects of Vinyasa krama those are asana, pranayama, bandha, drishti and vinyasa.

About me: I am teaching yoga since 2012. I love practicing & teaching Iyengar Yoga. Salamba Sarvangasana (shoulder stand) is my favorite pose.

About me: I am teaching yoga since 2017. I teach Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, and Nidra. My favorite pose is Svarga Dvijasana, (Bird of Paradise). I constantly practice Aparigraha.

Class Specialty: My classes are focussed on de-stressing especially shoulders & hips after a day long of sitting before a computer.
