Our prenatal yoga classes are designed with the health and well-being of you and your baby in mind. Our experienced teachers will guide you through this journey and ensure that you leave the lesson with a big smile.

Pregnancy and delivery are unique and transformative experiences. Prenatal yoga is a holistic practice that research suggests is safe and beneficial for pregnant women and their babies.

Our classes include stretching, strengthening, mental centering & focused breathing that can help you prepare for labor & delivery. Prenatal Yoga is suitable for both experienced and first time yogis from the 2nd trimester onwards. Pregnancy yoga can:

Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation) is a flow of basic yoga postures gracefully connected to the breath.
