Restorative XL
13 April (Saturday) | 16:00 – 17:30
Restorative yoga is a practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching.

During the long holds of restorative yoga, your muscles are allowed to relax deeply. It’s a unique feeling because props, rather than your muscles, are used to support your body. Restorative classes are very mellow, making them a good complement to more active practices (as well as our busy lives) and an excellent antidote to stress. Stillness is a powerful practice.

Clinical research into restorative yoga has found that it can decrease depression; improve symptoms of anxiety, depression, and pain symptoms; and help patients manage the toxicity of cancer treatments.

13 April (Saturday) | 16:00 – 17:30

This 90 minutes session will be hosted by our experienced teachers, guide you through the techniques & preparatory postures to build the strength, stability & practice needed to balance a specific posture.

Yoga Styles

Explore The Styles Of Yoga

Hatha yoga is a branch of yoga that uses physical techniques to try to preserve and channel vital force or energy.

Iyengar Yoga, named after and developed by B. K. S. Iyengar, and described in his bestselling[1] 1966 book Light on Yoga, is a form of yoga as exercise that has an emphasis on detail, precision and alignment in the performance of yoga postures (asanas).

Restorative Yoga is the practice of asanas, each held for longer than in conventional yoga as exercise classes, often with the support of props such as folded blankets, to relax the body, reduce stress, and often to prepare for pranayama.

vinyasa is a smooth transition between asanas in flowing styles of modern yoga as exercise such as Vinyasa Krama Yoga and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, especially when movement is paired with the breath.
