Lovely, small studio with caring teachers in which personal attention is given. I was hesitant to try yoga due to my health condition and several chronic injuries, but with the help of Beste (yin yoga) and Stephanie (Hatha), I am able to do yoga and also enjoy it! Highly recommended place.
