Pregnancy and delivery are unique and transformative experiences. Prenatal yoga is a holistic practice that research suggests is safe and beneficial for pregnant women and their babies. Our classes include stretching, strengthening, mental centering & focused breathing that can help you prepare for labor & delivery. Prenatal Yoga is suitable for both experienced and first time yogis from the 2nd trimester onwards. Pregnancy yoga can: 

– Improve sleep

– Increase strength and flexibility of muscles needed for childbirth including pelvic floor

– Ease physical discomfort

– Reduce stress and anxiety

Classes are held in studio and streamed live online. If practicing from home please be prepared with a yoga mat, blanket, cushion and chair for support. Register for our 5 or 10 class package above or contact us for more information.
