Pregnancy and delivery are unique and transformative experiences. Prenatal yoga is a holistic practice that is safe and beneficial for pregnant women and their babies. Our classes include stretching, strengthening, mental centering & focused breathing that can help you prepare for labor & delivery. Prenatal Yoga is suitable for both experienced and first time yogis from the 2nd trimester onwards. Pregnancy yoga can:
