A  gentle low impact Pilates work out on Wednesday Evenings is focused on core training, pelvic floor exercises, stretching, strengthening and breathing.  A great option to boost overall fitness, help you get back to movement after a break or recovery from illness/injury and for new moms. 

Classes are held in studio and online.
