‘Mindfulness Meditation & Breathing techniques’ is a 2,5 hour workshop that consist of theory and practice. This workshop will help you learn about foundations of mindfulness and to look within with more clarity. You will reconnect with your true essence and find your inner balance, strength and peace. The 6 breathing techniques will help you control Chi or Prana, the life force and its healthy flow through energy channels in a balanced way.

First part of the workshop will be about explaining the theory and technique of mindfulness meditation. We will practice sitting and walking meditation, and share the experiences afterwards. After a short break, we will go on with breathing technique. Then, we will talk about ways of creating rituals and implementing these practices in our daily lives.

Please wear comfortable clothes, most part of this workshop we will be sitting on the floor and practicing mindfulness meditation and breathing techniques.
